With over 30 years in R&D and adjacent disciplines, I bring deep experience in developing hardware, software, and methodology-driven solutions. As a certified Master Black Belt, I’ve led global rollouts of Design for Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean tools to unlock clarity, creativity, and momentum.

I’m a seasoned facilitator, equally comfortable guiding large, cross-functional teams through complex redesigns as I am helping small groups define high-impact projects and product visions. My sessions are structured, energizing, and tailored to your goals—whether you’re reigniting a stalled initiative or reimagining how your team works.

Highly experienced in coaching and facilitating teams, both large and small, management and technical, through the enitre design lifecycle, from understanding customers using Design Thinking techniques, to defining and testing your product using Design for Six Sigma.
